| I was born in Seattle and grew up in Wedgwood. I have lived in Fremont, Queen Anne, West Seattle, and Mill Creek areas. For the past 16 years, I have lived in Shoreline. |

| I have a degree in Art Education from the University of Washington. I am up to date with the latest real estate laws and regulations. I have experience with print media as well as Internet marketing tools |

| I have over 18 years experience in real estate and property management. As an owner of over 20 rental properties from Ballard to Mountlake Terrace to Mill Creek, I have first-hand experience with tenants, inspections, improvements, marketing, purchasing, and financing. As an agent, I have handled the sale of such diverse projects as apartment building property, and plans and permits to homes on acreage. I've dealt with properties on septic systems, serviced by wells, and properties with ground water issues. I've worked with multiple offers, hot and slow markets, contingent sales, estates and multiple owners. I maintain professional contact within the real estate community: Title, escrow, insurance, inspection, finance, repair and renovation vendors. |
